A sandwich franchise like a subway or which wich?

I make 0,000 a year in my current job. I am contemplating of the thought if it will be good option of starting a sandwich franchise and quitting the job. Will i be able to make the same kind of money that I am earning right now? The only reason of me looking for a franchise is that it can keep generating money in my retirement too. However the job will pay me only as long as I can work and be able to deliver consistently. Please advise.

Good Idea, yet be wise and study it well first ..

subway will ask for a lot.. yet your return wouldn’t be the same . much less (Except if you are in very great location)..

Subway is notorious for getting you to pay them a $500K payment for the franchise, and what you really get for that is a $30K/year managers job … so you need to be careful. Invest in franchise magazines … you’ll get good info there.

I think that is a great idea! But subways aren’t that exciting… get another theme, something completely awesome… but don’t tell anyone about it. If you do they might advise you to stop and convince you its stupid then completely stab you in the back and steal your idea…
