With the aging population the new law on health care reform the American public is more aware home care agencies than ever before. While senior care franchises are delivering the message daily to consumers that still don’t understand exactly what it is the home health care businesses do.
Alright, this is just something I’m curious about but let’s say someone wanted to buy the rights to a franchise like A Nightmare on Elm Street or something. How would that work? Is it a process that would involve a lot of negotiation for a really good price?

For example…let’s say that there are no Dunkin Donuts in CA. Could I buy a franchise from Dunkin Donuts and then set it up in CA?
