I’m trying to use it as a means to boost employee relations, company image, and community involvement. I need to include how a walk-a-thon can achieve these and benefits to the company. Also, any other ideas for events, programs, activities that can achieve the aforementioned (employee relations, company image etc.) is welcomed.

A company thinks that by giving away Starbuck cards to tell/"rat out" fellow employees on spelling errors, it’s somehow going to help build morale and improve business/employee relations….your thoughts please and be brutally honest please!!!
