What is the difference between M.A in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations Programme and M.A. in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations?
I am applying for TISS,a premium institute for M.A in Mumbai,India.This is a frequently asked Interview question there.Please help!

Again, very often, these "Arts" type programs are defined entirely by the school, and have little relevance to the real world. Read the school’s description of these programs, and you will be in a better position to tell them what they want to hear. Part of the art of management is telling people what they want to hear (the other part is making them understand what they do not want to hear.)
