Dont you think Capital One should listen?
Capital One not listening to staff Put Capital One on the list as being one of the companies who do not listen to employees or ex-employees. They have a female branch manager at the Rego Park Branch in Rego Park, Queens, NY who is a horror show. And the staff and the customers want her replaced. Associates Relations and the CEO have so much damaging evidence to terminate her but refuse to do it. Yet if another branch manager or staff pull what this branch manager pulls they are fired in an instance
Capital One was voted a while ago the top 100 companies to work for but they are not living up to their vote.
I say any one who banks at the Capital One Rego Park Branch should contact the CEO and/or Employee Relations and tell them they want the branch manager out. If you dont know her name call the branch.
