How to become an apartment complex leasing agent?

I have virtually no previous sales experience, but am a relatively smooth talker; my microsoft office suite knowledge is limited and I am very eager to learn more. I only have a high school diploma. Any advice?

    Scan the Sunday classifieds for Apartment Manager or Leasing Agent.

    Or, call up some apartment complexes and ask about it!
