How to get a truck driving job with no experience?

my fiance got his c.d.l by practicing with a friends truck and now he wants to get a truck driving job but all the job postings say 2 years experience. I was just wondering what he should do to get someone to give him a chance or to get more driving experience. His friend with the truck moved so he can’t help.

  1. USA truck, PAM transport, Swift, CR England, CRST, and Prime will take inexperienced drivers. I think Prime only does lease options but not totally sure. I went to C1 school then was hired by both PAM and USA, keep in mind he probably won’t get his own truck with anyone without a 30 day or so training/team period. If he goes with USA message me and I will be his referrer, it will make it easier with information and I get a bonus. But don’t use me as a reason to go with anyone, just check out the companies listed and if USA looks better then I can give you the lowdown on them. Good luck to your fiance.
