I want to open an OBC chicken and meat franchise. Will i be able to get funds from investors although im 21. Everything is in place. Just need funds.

not likely – if someone had the money and it’s a public franchise, why would they need you? – they would just go directly to OBC and open their own franchise.
to open a franchise – you need your own money and usually a lot of it
