Im leaving the country and wont be coming back until May 2010.Can i claim my income tax back for 09?
Ive been working till July 15th 09. Am I entitled to any income tax back and if so how much roughly would it be?

Impossible to tell. If you’re working in a foreign country that income is subject to US tax also, assuming you are a citizen or resident. You then need to take credit for taxes paid to a foreign country. So there is no way to determine it until all the facts are known at the end of the year.
