Nuskin – Is Nuskin (a network marketing company) a legitimate business opportunity?

I am in the process of reviewing a bunch of MLM companies. Just wanted to know what everyone else thinks of Nuskin.

  1. Your question encompasses two questions.
    First question is it legitimate: YES. Is it mlm, also yet.
    Is it a business opportunity? NO.

    Mlm is at best a legalized scam and never a serious business opportunity for a distributor.

  2. Yes it’s legit. They are a solid company that has been around for a long time. Everyone I’ve known who used their products seems to be happy with them. I couldn’t comment on quality and price myself, because I don’t use those types of products. Although I wouldn’t say they are at Mary Kay status, they are a somewhat recognized and trusted brand. Compensation seems good.

    The things I don’t like.
    1. In a highly competetive industry
    2. Limited market. Although the products aren’t exclusively used by women they are the main buyers
    3. I prefer MLMs that sell an ongoing service so that you don’t have to count on reorders to keep the income coming in.

    Overall I think it’s a great opportunity for those who like the products and are comfortable selling those types of products.

    Unless I am mistaken I believe this is the first MLM you’ve asked about that I gave a positive review.
