What accounting/book keeping and tax software is good for an s corp.?

I have an online penny auction ecommerce business, and I need to know which software would be best to keep track of personal and business expenses that could do my taxes at the end of the year. My business is S corp and we’re incorporated. I have 5 employees and run the company out of my guest house.

  1. I used Quickbooks to run a Temporary Agency for five years. It did all of my accounting, payroll, inventory and gave great reports to give to my accountant. You can find information at http://www.intuit.com about the program.

Additionally, there is an article in PC Magazine that shows several, you can read that and make a choice from there.

My personal choice is Quickbooks Pro.

  2. TioLive could be a good solution for you. You can try just with a free registration. Since it is online you will be able to run your business wherever you are (out of your guest house or in any other place). To know more about its accounting feature, you can look at the source below.
