What are some of the very best books on telemarketing sales?
I will be starting in a sales possition soon, selling real estate
training courses, and would like to read some books on the topic of telemarketing sales, subliminal sales, or sales personality, anything that will improve my selling skills and give me an edge,.. what would you recommend?

The best prospecting book I read was a book of prospecting stats published by salesguy.org (I think it was called "Prospecting By The Numbers") which had some great cold calling info. They also publish a list of the top sales books. BDMnews.com also publishes a recommended reading list. My favorite sales 101 books in general remainThe 25 Habits of Successful Sales People — and SPIN selling — they have all the basics there. I also like Millerheiman.com’s newsletter, which regularly gives good selling tips.
