One Response to “whats the difference between accounting auditing, taxation, and consulting?”
Auditing: Reviewing the accounting that has been to be sure that it’s done correctly, properly and ethically. Making comments and notes of any issues or changes that needs to made.
Taxation: Accounting that solely focuses on taxes.
Consulting: Essentially just giving advice to clients of what needs to be done, what needs to be change, what can be improved, etc. If clients ever have any questions, they can seek their consultant to help guide them in the right direction

Hope that helps.
